Founded in 1971, We have been a renowned brand DIVINE Valves in the Industry for over 50 years with experience spread over three generations.

Our Journey started in 1971 when Late Mr. K.L. Parui first identified the scope and magnitude of role that Valves plays across various industries and set up his own Manufacturing unit under the name K.L. PARUI & SONS. With a Vision to achieve the highest quality Castings and more Streamlined production, he later started his own Cast Iron Foundry named K.L. PARUI IRON FOUNDRY and eventually we became one of the few manufacturers to organize the entire Valve Manufacturing process under one roof.

We are now set up across four Manufacturing and Testing units all over West Bengal providing a Comprehensive line of products for various Oil, Petrochemical, Water treatment, Power & Agriculture Industries. Our main products include Gate, Non Return, Angle, Globe, Diaphragm, Double Beat, Pressure(Safety) Relief, Butterfly, Air & Air Cushion , Foot  & MS fabricated Valves(Zero Velocity/Angle/Globe Valve). We also supply Pipes & pipe accessories like dismantling & expansion joint, bellmouth, companion flanges, adaptors, etc for waterworks & various industries.
